Mashing Bath Refurbishment
We offer a full Refurbishment and Modification service for Mashing baths.
Refurbishment includes:
- All existing plumbing replaced.
- Tank connections replaced with welded tubes.
- Frames and panels re-welded and repaired.
- Fully repainted
- Casters replaced.
- Circulator replaced with separate pump & heating tube.
- Element up rated to 4Kw.
- Manual taps replaced with electronically operated valves.
- Dispense system replaced.
- Microprocessor control system installed to provide temperature control of main tank and dispense tank, and to provide filling, draining, dispensing and timing for the bath.
- Programmed either via front panel or via an RS485 linked PC. If PC linked data logging is an option.
- 4 line Liquid Crystal Display shows Temperatures and times.
- Rubber gasket for holding beakers replaced.
