I am hoping that this area will be used to comment on any malt aspects after the malt has been made. Any lab analyses or results people think will be of interest to others. You can always use an alias if you don't want to be identified. Please make some comments on mashing baths, either our refurbished ones or Cannongate machines or anyone's, it may just help you. I will be posting some FAQs here, with my solutions, maybe you have better ones.
